hi my name is bronwen . my brother printer has a proble of colour cartrage. the cartarage is not installed properly every time i remove it. also it is consumingmush more electricity. i call in the brother printer customer service . but nothing happend. what is the procedure to contact brother printer suppport

what model do you have? are you using official brother ink or 3rd party ink?
I have a Brother MFC -J435W. I use 3rd party ink from compandsave.com. Sometimes when changing ink, I have to push it in with a little force to get it installed properly. I don't think that printers consume that much electricity.
